'Red-light Romp' is a standard city map. It's very small and has similarities with original Duke city levels. Design is average. There are details as much as there are in original Duke city levels. Shadows are average. Some places could have used more shadows and most areas are a bit too bright (see screenshot). Biggest problem are textures. Some use too big scale (in hotel corridors for example - or books which are as big as duke's legs). Puzzles are like they should be. Level also has two new textures. I can't think of any good reason why these two were included (perhaps author wanted to experiment). Enjoyable and ok designed level.
