This one is an old level from Olivier Boucher who also did excellent 'Trafic Jam' and there even was this Duke Strikes Back TC which looked great but got abandoned (u lazy boy). This is a normal city level with some Duke Burgers, gun shops, gas stations etc. It has some nice looking vehicles around the level. There are some align bugs (about four of them - not much but experienced authors usually fix them). There's nothing outstanding here. Normal city level with excellent gameplay. Definitely a great city level. Can't figure out anything else to say 'bout this. Download and see. But why is player given ammunitions in the same room with exit?
