This map is made by the leading person of "Duke Nukem Strikes back" TC. Map was supposed to be a part of this TC but author decided not to put it in TC. Anyway that's good for us because map itself is excellent. Includes LOTS of cars and few new arts. I think author copied one part of the level from Lameduke and it looks cool with his map.
