LAW's mapping contest submission from 1998 seems a bit Shadow Warrior influenced. There's a small forest section, a sewer (an ancient one, that is), a port and then you'll end up in some sea monster's belly. It's a short five-minute run with a few interesting locations and some average architecture (the underwater ruins looked pretty cool). The level is a bit too easy before entering the belly since you'll always have around 30-50 shotgun shots (that's the only weapon you'll get beside RPG) and plenty of health around. The belly area is cramped and has many Commander fights. This just may be worth five minutes of your time.
